Raccolta 2013 I

Finalmente è iniziata la campagna 2013. Al 4° giorno di raccolta sono già a pezzi. Ne avrò ancora per una ventina. Chissà se sopravviverò....

Le mie preoccupazioni erano infondate: causa maltempo degli ultimi 7 giorni ne abbiamo lavorato solo 1. A sto punto mi chiedo se e quando finiremo...

Abbiamo cominciato il 4 e da allora, a causa del maltempo, abbiamo fatto solo 6.5 giorni di raccolta seria con 5 operai e 2 di spigolatura io e papà attorno casa. Nel frattempo il caldo, l'umido e la mosca hanno fatto danno. Forse domani riusciamo a ricominciare, chissà come verrà l'olio "maturo".

I will survive: in the past 7 days we harvested just 1 day beacuse of bad weather. Now a new question outlines against the horizon: when will we finish?

We began the harvest the 4th of November and since that day we worked just 6.5 days because of bad weather. In the while warm temperatures, humidity and the olive fly damaged olives. Today the weather seems to become good and we can start again the harvest. I hope the "ripe"oil will be delicious as the "green".
